Emily Roz

Emily Roz is a recipe developer and content creator best known for her vibrant and diverse recipes inspired by flavours from around the world. Emily’s love for food and exploring different cuisines began through her upbringing in Europe, where she spent time living in Poland, France, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.

Back in the UK, Emily pursued her interest in food by working as a restaurant chef and at the same time, she founded Myriad Recipes, sharing her creations on her website and social media platforms. Emily quickly attracted a following, and now has a combined audience of almost 800k and gained significant populartiy for her ‘Around the World in 80 Dumplings’ series, which lead to the release of her first cookbook in August 2024.

Since then, Emily continues to create exciting and inspiring yet easy to follow recipe content, and has worked with lots of her favourite brands including Sainsbury’s, Gousto, Ninja and Alpro. She has also lead cookery demos at festivals, contributed recipes for Good Food, and hosted a cookery class at Jamie Oliver’s Cookery School.
